• City Illumination brings all of the supplies! You don’t have to purchase anything or detangle complicated holiday lighting kits. We provide bulbs, spools, extension cords, and a timer (if needed).

• We use warm white C9 bulbs on all of our roof lines and gutter lines. Every strand is custom cut to fit your unique home.

• We cut all of our own extension cords to fit the exact dimensions of your home. All wires are secured and hidden whenever possible.

• Trees are optional, and we use high-quality mini LED landscape lighting that is durable year over year.

• We typically schedule removals in late January depending on weather and will accommodate HOA restrictions.

• Annual storage is included in our services and existing customers are added to next year’s schedule.

We offer several different styles of flood, area, and pathway lights in multiple finishes. All our lights run adjustable angle, high efficiency LED bulbs, that are wired with pet and child safe, low voltage wire.

• As a team, we will solidify exactly what you are looking to achieve in regards to lighting, a total budget, and then set up an installation date.

• We have decided to only use high-quality materials and lights for all of our installs to guarantee a long-lasting product for years to come.
